XBDZ (also known as DFBZ) is a wall-mounted axial flow fan with a square housing, low noise, specially designed for wall installation. It features easy installation, quiet operation, rainproof and dustproof properties, and is widely used for exhaust and ventilation in building side walls. 1. Ultra-low noise (main selling point)
It adopts wide blades, large chord length, and a spatially distorted impeller, with low rotational speed and high air volume, reducing noise at the source.
The casing is mostly made of double-layer noise reduction structure (outer layer of steel plate, inner layer of porous sound-absorbing board + sound-absorbing cotton).
Operating noise: ≤ 55–65 dB(A), belonging to the quiet level in industrial fans.
2. Self-closing rain-proof louvers (standard configuration)
The outlet is equipped with aluminum alloy self-closing louvers: they open automatically when the fan starts and close by their own weight when it stops.
They effectively prevent rain, sand intrusion, and insects.
3. Structure and performance
Material: casing steel plate / galvanized plate, impeller aluminum alloy, motor pure copper core.
Drive: mostly direct connection of the motor (inner rotor / outer rotor), with efficient transmission and low failure rate.
Air volume: approximately 600–20,000 m³/h.
Air pressure: 40–240 Pa (low pressure, suitable for short-distance direct discharge).
Voltage: 220V / 380V selectable.

The impeller has undergone dynamic balance verification, with small vibration and stable operation.
Customization is available: explosion-proof type (BXBDZ, ExdIIBT4), anti-corrosion type, variable frequency type.
